IT'S TIME TO BOOK YOUR LODGING!
The time has come to make sure you have your lodging booked if you plan on staying at the resort.
You can call Annette anytime at Bear Lake Timeshare 1-435-946-3306 for units at the resort. That is who we have our reservations through, Bear Lake Timeshare (they manage 1/2 the units at the Resort) Most of their units have been remodeled and are very nice. You might want to mention that you are coming for the reunion that Pam Gebhardt is organizing, that way she will associate you with that reunion group.
Starting Monday, January 21st at 9:00 am you can call Ideal Beach Resort at 1-435-946-3364 to book through them if you don't want to go through Bear Lake Timeshare. That is the first day they are taking reservations for this summer season. It is a mad house with people trying to get what they want for reservations that day, but if your times aren't flexible, that's what you do.
We used to go through this each year when we would go to Moon Lake, so many families have their traditions of times and dates they want.

PASSPORTS
Please remember if you are planning on coming to the reunion and crossing the US/Canadian border you will need valid passports. I just got mine renewed and I'm good now for 10 years!

Welcome to the Reunion Blog!
The time has come to mark your calendar and get your reservations at Ideal Beach Resort for the upcoming reunion, July 18-21, 2014 in Bear Lake, Utah. Check in Friday July 18, check out Monday July 21.
I will be using this blog for all the information about the reunion, so check back on a regular basis to get any updates.
We are excited about the reunion and wanted to make sure you have your plans in place. We have a lot of fun activities planned for the whole family. We hope you will reserve this time to come renew acquaintances with your family. We look forward to seeing you there.
The first part of January is when reservations open up at the resort. It's first come, first serve and we will be there in prime time for summer. Don't delay getting your reservations or they will book up. Check on the acccommodation tab for the information to get your reservations at the Resort. Bear Lake is a destination for families on a yearly basis and they look forward to this time each year.
Ideal Beach is an inclusive resort where you have all the amenities available to you on site. You don't have to drive to find your fun, it's all right there!
For those that aren't able to stay at the Resort, there are many other alternative accommodations available. Please refer to the accommodations tab for additional information.
